Job summary

PSC Biotech in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator for a 9-month, onsite W2 assignment. You will introduce new and modified assets into the Blue Mountain RAM CMMS, ensuring records are complete and ready for GMP operations.

You will coordinate asset tagging, maintenance calendars, and handovers with CQV, Engineering, and Maintenance while maintaining data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities, maintenance or asset management experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device).
• Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end induction of assets into BMRAM from handover to operations.
• Create and maintain asset records and PM/calibration plans.
• Coordinate asset tagging and verify field data against system records.
• Track induction status and flag gaps in documentation.
• Support asset retirement and transfers using site change control.
• Run data quality checks on asset data and reconcile records.
