Job summary

Immatics, a leader in cancer immunotherapy, seeks a Senior Facilities Coordinator to manage calibration, maintenance, and repair of assets in a GxP environment. You will work with Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, and Engineering to ensure procedures are followed, parts are procured, and records are properly filed.

Role requires coordinating with stakeholders to minimize downtime, maintain regulatory compliance, and draft service documents and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GxP-regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment is required.
• Ability to coordinate calibrations, maintenance, and repairs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation practices and asset lifecycle management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of assets to minimize downtime.
• Lead setup and management of the Asset Management System.
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns with minimal operational impact.
• Draft service documents and periodic reports for Facilities leadership.
