Job summary

PSC Biotech in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator for a 9-month, onsite W2 assignment. You will induct assets into the BMRAM system, set up PM/calibration plans, and ensure asset records are ready for GMP operations. Collaborate with CQV, Engineering and Maintenance to maintain data quality, asset hierarchies, and calibration schedules.

Requires 3+ years in regulated facilities or asset management and a related degree. US work authorization required; no C2C.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities, maintenance or asset management experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device).
• Proven experience inducting assets into a CMMS: building asset hierarchies, entering technical data and setting up PM and calibration schedules.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No C2C at this time.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, and the ability to manage many induction packages at once.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset induction into BMRAM from project handover through release to operations.
• Create and maintain asset records: numbers, location, hierarchy, calibration schedules.
• Set up PM and calibration plans with Maintenance and Metrology.
• Coordinate asset tagging and ensure records align with system data.
• Track induction status and flag gaps to Engineering/PM.
• Support asset retirement and transfer records.
