Job summary

Curium Pharma is seeking an organized CMMS Analyst for a 6‑month temporary contract in Noblesville, IN. You will manage digital asset data, log maintenance records, and coordinate on-site vendor logistics to support daily operations during a transitional period.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and requires attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn IBM Maximo. Safety PPE and plant access are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year experience; CMMS exposure or warehouse organization welcome but not required (training provided).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CMMS software, specifically IBM Maximo, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance with FDA, DEA, ISO, GMP, and other agencies.
• Scan documents, track metrics, and upload records into IBM Maximo.
• Organize, verify, and stage parts and kits for PM work orders to minimize delays.
• Assist teams with updating PM records to meet new regulatory data guidelines.
• Escort visitors and vendors on-site; perform general clerical duties.
