Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to coordinate calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of assets per regulatory requirements.

You will work with Facilities, Asset Lifecycle and Engineering, manage the Asset Management System, and ensure proper documentation and vendor coordination. The role operates Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional off-shift and weekend hours, reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset Lifecycle, at 13203 Murphy Road, Stafford, TX 77477.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in engineering or science-related field.
• 3+ years in a GxP regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and repairs of assets to minimize downtime.
• Lead setup and management of the Asset Management System.
• Coordinate equipment shutdown timelines with stakeholders.
• Draft service documents, reports, and project plans.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, and Engineering on asset servicing and vendor coordination.
• Procure equipment, tools and parts for calibration and maintenance.
• Coordinate asset qualifications and validations.
• Maintain spare parts identification, sourcing, and inventory.
• Report to Facilities leadership on significant matters.
• Support corrective action recommendations.
• Participate in document reviews to ensure Good Documentation practices.
