Mediterranean Shipping Company (USA) Inc. in Tempe is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Import to handle inquiries on import shipments via Dynamics, phone, and email. You will maintain logs, categorize cases, and support data integrity while meeting productivity and service standards.

The role emphasizes on-site work five days a week with opportunities to collaborate with the Import Customer Service Management and ICS team. Strong communication and data entry skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the import process preferred.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
• Basic data entry and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve cases and respond to inquiries quickly using Dynamics and 8x8.
• Ensure cases are categorized with complete information for subject matter.
• Redirect inquiries to appropriate parties if needed.
• Complete assigned tasks before breaks and end of day.
• Maintain inquiries and follow through to resolution for good CX.
