Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented exports documentation specialist to process, organize, and file shipping documents for international sales. You will coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Data is entered into the ACE/AES system with careful attention to compliance and completeness. The role requires strong MS Excel skills, 1+ years in a similar position, and the ability to read and interpret business

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret standard business documents.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Experience with export documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, country docs).
• Coordinate with team on workload and customer requirements.
• Enter shipping data into ACE/AES system accurately.
• Serve as liaison between clients, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
• Maintain timely communication regarding document status and updates.
