Job summary

Insight Global in Wilton, CT is seeking an experienced IT Field Support Technician to deliver onsite end-user support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 across a fast-paced corporate environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices, with a focus on executive leadership support and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Onsite support experience resolving hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Experience supporting iPhones, iPads, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including password resets and provisioning.
• Imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting laptops/workstations.
• Onboarding new hires and provisioning equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication, including VIP users.
• Onsite 5 days a week in a visible, customer-facing role.
• Experience with Intune, ABM, Jamf, Workspace ONE, and MDM enrollment.
• Mac experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Configure and deploy hardware, assign access and provisioning for new hires.
• Support executive leadership with timely, professional IT assistance.
