Atlantic-IT is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote support for clients in the local area. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on IT support experience who enjoys solving technical issues and working directly with end users.

You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Apple macOS, and iOS, and travel regularly to client sites.

Competenze

• CompTIA A+ Certification required.
• 2-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Minimum 2 years of onsite/field support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with MSP environments and multiple client sites a plus.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Microsoft or Apple certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for client environments.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows, Microsoft 365, Apple/macOS, and iOS devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with new user setup, workstation deployments, and technology upgrades.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service tickets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.

Formazione

CompTIA A+ Certification
