Job summary

ENCOMPASS DIGITAL MEDIA LLC seeks an on-site Support & Admin specialist in Stamford, CT. You will handle end-user IT issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with a global IT team to ensure service delivery and uptime.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding provisioning, troubleshooting Windows 11 and macOS, and supporting Teams/OneDrive for enterprise users. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on IT end‑user support in a corporate environment.
• Experience using ServiceDesk Plus to manage tickets and track resolution.
• Strong skills with Microsoft 365 apps, OneDrive and Teams.
• Familiar with Windows 11 and macOS troubleshooting.
• Basic IPv4 networking knowledge for desktop connectivity.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for user IT issues.
• On-site support during regular business hours.
• Log and track support requests from start to resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding hardware provisioning.
• Monitor for outages and escalate patterns to Team Leads.
• Maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, devices).
• Assist with collaboration tools and conference room tech.
• Learn new technologies and take on additional duties.
