• Experience coordinating executive briefings, customer centers, or corporate events.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple visits and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience developing agendas and coordinating with sales teams, executives, and presenters.

Responsibilities

• Visit Logistics and Onsite Support.
• Coordinate room reservations, catering, transportation, interpreters, audiovisual, signage, badges, and gifts.
• Serve as onsite contact for visiting customers, hosts, presenters, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting rooms and verify seating, materials, refreshments, and presentation readiness.
• Welcome guests, assist with registration, and guide attendees throughout the visit.
• Monitor agenda timing, coordinate room transitions, and respond to changes.
• Work with AV to arrange technical checks and assist with meeting readiness.
