This onsite role coordinates agendas, presenters, briefing materials, and visit logistics to deliver a professional, welcoming experience aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Working closely with the EBC Manager, sales teams, executives, and service providers, the Coordinator helps maintain efficient center

Qualificações

• Experience in executive briefing coordination, customer center operations, or events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple visits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams, executives and presenters.
• Professional, service-oriented with senior leaders.
• Ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Visit Logistics and Onsite Support: Coordinate room reservations, catering, transportation, interpreters, audiovisual support, signage, badges, and gifts.
• Serve as onsite contact for visiting customers, internal hosts, presenters, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting rooms, verify seating, materials, refreshments, and presentation readiness.
• Welcome guests, support registration, and guide attendees throughout their visit.
• Monitor agenda timing, coordinate room transitions, and respond to changes.
• Work with AV support to arrange technical checks and assist with meeting readiness.
