Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
• Strong executive presence with confident, warm and clear communication at all levels.
• Demonstrated relationship management with vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive, anticipatory approach to managing high-stakes projects.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in O365, CRM systems, Teams/Zoom, and briefing/event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic orchestrator and delivery lead for executive briefings, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design human-centric, memorable engagements that drive customer transformation.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution to uphold hospitality and operational excellence.
• Facilitate Voice of the Customer sessions to gather insights and tailor experiences.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with execution under pressure.
