Job summary

Vercel is seeking an Executive Briefing Center Lead in the San Francisco Bay Area to build and run our signature executive-briefing program. You will own the full lifecycle from intake to on-site execution, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and the executive team.

You will recruit speakers, design tailored agendas, manage budgets, and measure revenue impact, scaling the program to strategic formats over time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive briefing programs, strategic events, executive engagement, or field marketing at an enterprise SaaS or B2B tech company.
• Ability to run high-stakes programs with C-level customers and executives under pressure.
• Exceptional program management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and operate Vercel's Executive Briefing Center program, including intake, qualification criteria, and scheduling workflows.
• Partner with account teams to define objectives, build agendas, and align topics to customer priorities.
• Recruit and coach executive and technical speakers to ensure a clear, consistent narrative.
• Own end-to-end onsite execution: space, catering, branding, demos, technology, and hospitality.
• Build a library of briefing content and demos in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Manage program operations including budget, vendor relationships, capacity planning, and calendars.
• Define and report metrics such as briefings delivered, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and attendee satisfaction.
