The ideal candidate combines strong project management with analytical skills and can oversee multiple briefings, mentoring junior staff while driving

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of executive briefings at a single Executive Briefing Center.
• Develop briefing agendas from customer objectives and facilitate outcome-based discussions.
• Consult with account teams and stakeholders during briefing planning and set expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with account teams, speakers, and vendors to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Apply playbooks and timelines, and suggest improvements to processes and tools based on feedback.
• Use data and metrics to track delivery and surface insights for program improvements.
• Manage briefing meetings including kick-offs, planning calls, and debriefs.
• Mentor briefing coordinators and newer team members.
