Qualifications

• 8+ years of Executive Briefing Center experience in a B2B tech environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with certification/training.
• Experience partnering with sales, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee briefing readiness, onsite logistics, and customer experience details.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for customer briefings and executive engagements.
• Partner with sales accounts to align objectives and assign discussion leaders.
• Manage prep calls to ensure context, priorities, and outcomes are clear.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, room tech, catering, security, and vendors.
