Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Suite and budgeting software; ability to track expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of events from inception to implementation for various experiences.
• Manage master calendar for up to 65 events per week across spaces and buildings.
• Coordinate onsite activities and assist with event setup and strike.
• Lead post-event evaluation and drive improvements; update the Events Playbook.
