Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in San Francisco seeks a Workplace Experience Program Manager - Meeting & Events to lead a team of event coordinators and technicians, plan executive meetings, and ensure flawless on-site operations from planning to delivery.

You will manage client relationships, translate strategies into action, supervise staff, coordinate AV, catering, and venues, and drive continuous improvement while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, conference services, or hospitality operations
• Experience supervising a team
• Proficiency with AV and conference technology and booking systems
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior executives and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop a team of event coordinators and technicians, including hiring, scheduling, coaching and performance management
• Build relationships with client units to understand goals and expectations for events
• Translate meeting and events strategy into detailed operational plans and staffing
• Oversee flawless executive meetings and events, including AV and catering coordination
• Establish performance goals and monitor trends and improvements
