Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in San Francisco, CA is seeking an on-site Event Technician to provide operational support for event services, equipment management, and coordination with Site, Assistant Facility, and Event Coordinators to deliver seamless experiences for clients.

You will conduct daily space walkthroughs, execute setups and teardowns, stock supplies, and assist with reception and mail duties while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities support, or event coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication with corporate clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management, able to work independently.
• Calm under pressure in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of event, office, and storage spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully prepared for use.
• Execute physical setups and teardowns for meetings and events, including furniture, decor, and equipment configurations.
• Coordinate onsite meetings with Event Coordinators and stock supplies for event hosts and attendees.
• Support general facilities and administrative duties as needed, including reception, guest support, mail services, and office supply management.
