Job summary

You will supervise event coordinators and technicians, coordinate with vendors, and ensure flawless on-site operations from planning to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate event management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in corporate event management or related operations.
• Experience leading a team and managing client relationships at senior levels.
• Proficiency with AV/conference technology and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of event coordinators and technicians.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders across sites and vendors.
• Translate event strategy into detailed operational plans and staffing.
• Establish performance goals and drive continuous improvement in events program.
