Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for a 12 Month Contract in Menlo Park, CA and onsite in New York, NY.

You will own multiple project reviews, drive progress, and ensure timely approvals across AI and compliance initiatives. The role requires coordinating with requesters and reviewers, tracking milestones, delivering weekly status reports, and maintaining transparency throughout review and approval processes.

Qualifications

• Must have AI, compliance, and program management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and approvals.
• Strong data analysis using Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and proactively resolving blockers to ensure smooth lifecycles.
• Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather information to advance reviews.
• Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on schedule.
• Communicate progress, updates, and concerns to all stakeholders to maintain transparency in the review and approval processes.
• Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges, with insights into review and approval stages.
• Coordinate with privacy stakeholders to align and document best practices for approvals.
• Manage project risks with timely mitigation and escalation.
• Research, catalog, and annotate AI research assets with high attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with AI developments to inform project outcomes.
