Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Evening shifts Tue–Sat with hours based on events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily event setups and breakdowns for conferences and meetings.
• Review event orders and setup requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Perform physical duties including lifting 50+ pounds and long periods on foot.
• Serve as on-site event contact during shifts, resolving issues for seamless execution.
• Support client services, ensuring timely, accurate service per HUC standards.
• Occasionally operate AV equipment for events.
• Supervise and train approximately eight OPS/student staff members.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of furnishings and equipment.
• Assist with building operations and safety procedures.
• Provide front desk coverage and general administrative support.
