Responsibilities

• Review event schedules, orders, diagrams, and service requests to ensure readiness.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients, guests, vendors, and participants.
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate resources for events.
• Monitor activities, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Assist with setup modifications and operational adjustments for client needs.
• Provide basic AV setup and support for standard meeting tech.
