Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and confirm room setup and AV is delivered and functional.

• Monitor the meeting to ensure proper menu service and adherence to schedule.
• Assist guests with completing surveys during/after the event.
• Request final bill and banquet check; verify guest counts match sign-in sheet.
• Photograph final bill/receipts and sign-in sheet, then text to the client.
