• Plan meetings with internal clients, advising on agenda flow and attendee experience.
• Execute meetings and events from concept to completion, including venue, A/V, food & beverage, transportation, and budget management.
• Negotiate vendor and venue contracts, considering costs and service outcomes.
• Prioritize multiple events, manage timelines, stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Handle attendee communications, invitations, registrations, and inquiries.
• Support METS Planners as a secondary resource when not leading a program.
• Resolve routine event planning issues with guidance from managers.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and identify lessons learned.
