Responsibilities

• On-Site Expectations: run the registration desk and other meeting duties as assigned.
• Pre-Event Expectations: confirm receipt of correspondence; participate in a pre-event conference call; you will be paid for this time.
• Post-Event Expectations: deliver meeting materials to the contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion; you will be paid for this time.
• Follow-up: call or email Client immediately after the program to provide general feedback.
