Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site event details, shipping materials, and staffing
• Be the day-of on-site hands-on coordinator
• Setup, align with on-site team, teardown and clean site areas
• Manage check-in and provide a warm welcome to guests
• Escalate issues to Events Team when needed
• Send updates and media to Events Team during events
• Pack and ship materials back after events
