Job summary

Encore Denver seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring total customer satisfaction. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and collaborate with hotel staff and vendors.

Responsibilities include on-site guest meetings, equipment operation, simple troubleshooting, Navigator entries, and assisting with invoicing and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; DOT may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and breakdown basic AV equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly.
• Enter orders and interact with staff and vendors for equipment.
• Assist with invoicing and upsell equipment when appropriate.
