Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention center environment, ensuring flawless events and complete customer satisfaction. The role reports to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and may require a valid driver’s license for on-site travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for company vehicle operation.
• DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
