Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction and work under an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology to support events.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, on-site client interaction, and handling invoicing tasks. The role emphasizes reliability, technical aptitude, and strong communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; additional DOT requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and assist with invoicing as needed.
