Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to oversee onsite Level 1/2 application and hardware support across multiple corporate offices.

You will be the senior escalation point, driving service delivery excellence with a high-touch, white-glove approach. You will resolve complex software and hardware issues on PCs and iOS devices, perform device builds and configurations, and deploy or retire IT hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience, deskside or help desk preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, iOS, and Office applications.
• Proficiency with multiple OS (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash) and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 support to multiple offices during 8am–4pm or 10am–6pm shifts.
• Investigate and resolve complex software and hardware issues for PCs and iOS devices.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
• Build and configure devices, ensuring readiness for deployment.
• Deploy and retire IT hardware; install software and transfer data as required.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for all interactions.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve issues and improve integration.
• Stay current with IT trends and best practices through ongoing development.
• Provide white-glove, professional service to users.
• Travel to company offices ~10–15% for on-site support.
