Core Specialty seeks an End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to oversee onsite Level 1 and Level 2 application and hardware support across multiple corporate offices. You will serve as the senior escalation point, driving service delivery excellence and providing white-glove support for our business units.

Responsibilities include device builds, configurations, lifecycle management, and accurate documentation. Expect 10-15% travel, ITIL/ITSM familiarity, and collaboration with global IT peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience, deskside or help desk preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting for PCs and iOS devices and Windows, macOS, Linux familiarity.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ITIL) and ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite Level 1 and Level 2 application and hardware support across multiple offices.
• Act as senior escalation point and drive high-touch, white-glove service.
• Perform device builds, configurations, and lifecycle management for PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth technology integration.
• Travel to company offices 10-15% of the time for on-site support.
