Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking an EUC Tier 1 Support Technician (Temporary) to join the End User Computing team onsite. The role handles initial support inquiries via calls, email, or tickets, triages issues, and escalates complex problems as needed. Strong English communication is required.

The position requires hands-on desktop/laptop troubleshooting, PC hardware maintenance, and knowledge base contributions. Some travel may be required for training or site builds.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-3 years in customer service.
• 1-3 years in software support/SaaS.
• Experience with help desk tools.
• Experience with technology troubleshooting.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office tools.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial support calls, email, and tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Triages and resolves common hardware, software, or network problems.
• Assist in setup, maintenance and repair of PC hardware and equipment distribution.
• Use ticketing system and adhere to department SLA for timely resolution.
• Walk users through problem-solving steps and remote workflows.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base content and related projects.
• Occasional travel for training or site builds; onsite role with potential work-from-home option.
