Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. seeks an End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to provide onsite Level 1–2 support across multiple offices.

You will be the senior escalation point, delivering white-glove service for PC and iOS devices, and ensuring deployments meet company standards. Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, device builds, configuration, documentation of issues and solutions, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain seamless technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex software and hardware issues for PCs and iOS devices.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, iOS, and Office applications.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• ITIL/ITSM experience with ticketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 application and hardware support across multiple offices.
• Investigate and resolve complex PC and iOS issues.
• Perform device builds, configurations, and deployments to meet specs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Travel to company offices approximately 10-15% for on-site support.
