Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Two to four years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, ERP systems, or other complex software.
• Experience analyzing business processes and troubleshooting software or data-related issues.
• Experience working with end users to identify requirements and resolve system issues.
• Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and documenting business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the ERP system.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues while identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Work with users to understand operational requirements.
• Configure ERP functionality under senior guidance.
• Assist with testing software updates and new functionality.
• Document business processes and system procedures.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Coordinate with software vendors and IT when technical support is required.
• Participate in ERP implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training, and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Assist with user security, roles, and permissions
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain ERP documentation and knowledge base
• Develop and execute test plans for software enhancements
• Assist with data validation, data imports, and data integrity activities
• Participate in change management and deployment activities
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes
• Support integration between ERP and other business applications
