OEC is seeking a highly collaborative Business Systems Analyst, ERP to serve as the trusted bridge between business teams and technology. You will be the ERP expert, guiding improvements across Accounting, Finance, HR, and Purchasing while delivering measurable value through optimized processes and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and partnering with business users.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering application configurations and enhancements.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business processes and integrated applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure, customize, and optimize ERP applications and integrated systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑benefit analyses for ERP solutions.
• Design and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, regression) and support deployments.
• Provide user training and ongoing application support to ensure adoption and value.
