Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Two to four years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Experience troubleshooting software, data, and business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements from business users and resolving system challenges.
• Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SYSPRO ERP and related business applications.
• Troubleshoot system, data, and process issues; identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Analyze business processes and propose ERP improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with end users to understand requirements and configure ERP functionality.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support decisions.
• Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training.
• Support user security, roles, and permissions.
• Assist with data validation, imports, and data integrity initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve performance.
• Support ERP integrations with other applications.
• Participate in ERP implementation and continuous improvement projects.
