Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology and translate objectives into effective system and process solutions. They will elicit requirements, analyze data, and develop documentation to guide implementations.

You will collaborate with vendors, participate in testing, and support ERP-related process improvements. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid foundation in business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of business analysis or process improvement experience.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting technology implementations.
• CBAP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements across multiple groups.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, priorities, and metrics.
• Develop scope documents, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Participate in QA to verify solutions meet requirements.
• Review system releases with Application Support and propose improvements.
