Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Provide day-to-day support for the SYSPRO ERP system and related business applications.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience).
• Two to four years of experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise business applications, manufacturing systems, or other complex business software.
• Experience troubleshooting software, data, and business process issues.
• Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and resolve system challenges.
• Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and documenting business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP platforms such as SYSPRO, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor.
• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Basic SQL query experience.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, production, or finance operations.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based at OCC’s Roanoke, Virginia facility. Regular on-site presence is required to effectively support users and business operations. Occasional remote work may be approved based on business needs.

The position includes both office work and time spent throughout the manufacturing facility supporting end users and business processes.

Compensation: $54,000 – $90,000

Additional Compensation Information: The posted pay range reflects the established base salary or hourly wage range for this position. Eligible positions may receive applicable shift differentials, skill premiums, or other forms of additional compensation.
