Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in a fast-paced construction equipment environment. This role will elicit, analyze, and validate requirements to support project delivery and operational improvements across ERP and related systems.

The analyst will develop documentation, process models, and technical specifications, participate in testing, vendor collaboration, and solution optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting technology implementations.
• Experience in a team environment with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts and ability to translate requirements into specifications.
• Background check completion required.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to elicit, analyze, synthesize, and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, priorities, success criteria, and metrics.
• Develop scope documents, use cases, business rules, and process diagrams.
• Analyze requirements for completeness and alignment with systems and data structures.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Participate in QA to verify delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Develop understanding of cross-module ERP mapping to financial processes.
• Create and present scope overviews, test case scenarios, and technical specifications.
• Review system releases, hotfixes, patches, and updates with Application Support.
• Attend internal meetings and vendor conferences as needed.
