Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for The Cloud on 5th (Student Living) in the St. Cloud area. The role handles routine maintenance, makes-ready tasks, and safety-compliant repairs.

You’ll work hands-on to keep units, grounds, and amenities in top condition and ensure resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property maintenance, basic EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• 2 years minimum experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification preferred for technicians.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate on-site equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and scheduling of vendors.
• Track inventory, restock supplies, and document work orders.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with safety procedures.
• Inspect work for quality and report to maintenance supervisor.
