Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in St. Cloud, MN. The role performs routine and preventative maintenance to ensure clean, safe, and fully functional buildings, grounds, and amenities.

You will diagnose issues, complete make-ready tasks, manage inventories, and document work orders for resident services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, about 2 years of related maintenance experience, and any HVAC certifications or licenses as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• 2 years minimum experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• May be required to hold various certifications (e.g. HVAC) and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete Make-Ready process for vacant apartments and prep for leasing.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when reordering needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with safety and risk management.
