Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager I to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location. You will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability while ensuring safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing needs relating to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment.

We look for 5+ years in operations leadership, P&L exposure, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• RCRA training.
• OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER training.
• DOT training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coordinate onsite Clean Harbors personnel supporting the customer’s programs.
• Maximize equipment and manpower utilization to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Provide accurate reporting and data to upper management on operations and financial performance.
