Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of operations management or environmental services experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management and environmental services at client sites, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead onsite employees supporting air, water and hazardous waste programs; drive performance and safety oversight.
• Maximize use of equipment and manpower to improve productivity, service quality, and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis to upper management on operations and financial performance.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to optimize program performance.
