Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location. You will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment.

You will develop, monitor, and measure performance against operational and financial KPIs while providing strong leadership to the onsite InSite team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or environmental services.
• RCRA training and OSHA HAZWOPER training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate health and safety oversight of onsite employees.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting and analysis of operations and financial performance.
