Job summary

Pace Analytical Services in Lombard, IL is seeking a Scientist I for a full-time, onsite role (Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.). You will perform hands-on analysis in our environmental testing laboratory, operating GC, HPLC, ICP, and other instruments to analyze air, water, and soil samples.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; ability to work in a lab, handle odors, and wear PPE. Pace offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Document procedures, observations, and results accurately.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
