Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in a 100% onsite role in Virginia Beach. You will learn branch operations through an 18-24 month paid training program and advance toward a Branch Manager position with relocation support.

You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, and help meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service and promoting core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to needs.
• Educate customers on lending options and product solutions to fit goals.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
