Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on our consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales plans to meet goals.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Administer loan closings and process insurance claims.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience; growth opportunities within the company.
