Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to help customers meet financial goals and drive branch growth. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and likely relocate as you advance.

You will assist in originating loans, educating clients on products, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation; a full relocation package is provided for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Perform risk analysis and make informed credit decisions.
• Assist in loan closings and processing insurance claims as needed.
• Support recruitment and training efforts; help meet sales goals.
