You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan opportunities, and educate on lending services while supporting recruitment, training, and sales planning to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and help implement sales plans.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and guiding them through the loan process.
• Educate customers on lending services and assist with loan closings and payments as needed.
